Professional System and Process Expert (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Provide business support to the company's global serialization systems (e.g. SAP ATTP) as well as impacted interfacing systems such as LAETUS, ERP, SNC, etc.
- System lifecycle management including requirements gathering, impact assessments, evaluation and design of system change requests, user requirements specification, testing and training
- Drive for global consistency and harmonization of the serialization solution as well as integration into the internal landscape
- Interact with and support the future projects to further deploy the capabilities into world-wide markets on system and process level
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in the serialization, production and distribution business processes and related systems (i.e. SAP ATTP (advanced track and trace program), ERP, MES)
- Good understanding of master data concept and tools
- Willingness and ability to analyze technical matters, developing recommendations and strategies and pursue implementation of the same in a global, distributed environment
- Track record of timely high-quality achievement of deliverables, experience working with teams of business and technical resources
- Degree in engineering or a technology domain or equivalent experience
- Flexible to work with users in global time zones; willingness to travel (up to 10%)
- Fluent in English, German is highly desirable
- Ability to engage with different stakeholders, team leaders and seniors
