Project Assistant (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Create an MS project plan for a company wide sustainability project
- Create collaboration platforms related to that (SharePoint, oneNote)
- Automize some of the information exchange delivery through connectivity with outlook and/or JIRA (optional only if skills available)
- Train 3 key users to work with the created environment
Main qualifications
- Profund practice experience in MS project
- Fluency in English and German (beneficial)
- Experience in the environmental fiel could be beneficial but is not required
- Software knowledge of MS Project, Powerpoint, Outlook, oneNote, SharePoint
- Knowledge of JIRA could be beneficial but is not required
- Ability to work fast and diligent
