ICT Support SCCM and Windows 10 vacancy for our Basel based client in the telecommunications sector.Your experience/skills:
- 2+ years' working experience in ICT support
- Expertise in SCCM as well as Windows 10 computers and software
- Onsite and 2nd Level Support practice
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing Windows Server and Client environment
- Being responsible for upgrades and engineering
- Fulfilling 2nd Level Support and ensuring onsite support
- Identifying potentials for improvement of the service and providing expert support
