For our Client form the Banking industry we are looking for an Operations Analyst:
Location: Zurich
Duration: Initially until end of October, internalization possibility
Your team
You would be working in the Inheritance Services team.
Working hours:
Mo-Fr 8:00-17:00
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the comprehensive administrative handling of Swiss inheritance cases in the private customer segment (reading and categorizing inheritance documents and following up with the correct action items)
- Versatile telephone and written contact with the heirs and their representatives (lawyers, notaries, trustees and authorities)
- Collaboration with partner areas within the bank (eg, sales organization, legal service)
- Possibility to work in internal and interdisciplinary change projects.
Required skills
- Excellent German and French language skills
- Commercial training (Kaufmannische Ausbildung), Matura or a University degree/equivalent specialist qualification
- Professional communication skills in all used languages, both verbal and in writing
- Analytical thinking and result orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
