Professional Communications Manager (Change Management / FG Roll Out)Project / Role: The client aims to provide the business with fast and simple processes for the management of contingent workforce. To support this, we want to roll out SAP Field glass into our client main sites.
Main tasks:
-The experienced resource wants to collaborate with the Project Manager, Project Business Lead and Stakeholders to establish a successful drive change.
-Organizational Change Management planning and execution
-Communications planning and execution, including preparation of materials.
Requirements:
-5+ years of experience in using change management methodologies (Prosci highly desired) and communications
-5+ years of experience in complex project environment
-Very good command of business English
-Business-minded and proactive way of working
Nice to haves:
-Experience in software implementation projects is an advantage
-Experience with HR and Procurement topics
Language:
-English Fluent and German Nice to have
