On behalf of our client, a leading private bank in Zürich, we are looking for an IT Service Management Administrator with broad knowledge of administration of systems management tools in IT. Are you a passionate IT Service Management Administrator who is looking for a new and exciting challenge?

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure standards regarding to Services Manager (SM), Asset Manager (AM), uCMDB and Configuration Management (CM)
- Plan and conduct minor and major releases for (SM, AM, uCMDB)
- Be responsible for Operation, Incident and Request Management
- Making sure that Configuration Items are current and consistent
- Support customers and give guidance in an international environment
- Do appraisals and summarize information based on available data
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Over 4 years of experience as administrator of systems management tools in IT
- Sound IT Process Knowhow and familiar with ITIL v3
- Extensive experienced with SQL, Oracle and web REST API
- Familiar with Structured and methodical approach
- Pronounced organisation capabilities
- Self-motivated personality
- Team player and with good communication skills
- Good German and English language skills in both written and verbal
