Beschreibung

I have a contract opportunity for a First Line Support Technician in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1st level support to users
  • Resolving hardware issues on mobile de vices
  • Issuing/Enrolment of mobile devices to new users
  • Resolving assigned incident tickets
  • Creating incident and service tickets in ticketing tool

Skills:

  • Service Desk 1st level support experience
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications and OS
  • Good knowledge of Service Desk ticketing tools (BMC Remedy)
  • Mobile devices knowledge
  • Good VPN knowledge
  • broad IT knowledge from a Service Desk point of view
  • Diplomacy and tact
