I have a contract opportunity for a First Line Support Technician in Brussels, Belgium.
Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st level support to users
- Resolving hardware issues on mobile de vices
- Issuing/Enrolment of mobile devices to new users
- Resolving assigned incident tickets
- Creating incident and service tickets in ticketing tool
Skills:
- Service Desk 1st level support experience
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications and OS
- Good knowledge of Service Desk ticketing tools (BMC Remedy)
- Mobile devices knowledge
- Good VPN knowledge
- broad IT knowledge from a Service Desk point of view
- Diplomacy and tact
