Programmer/Omics Data Specialist required, to work on a Project within a major Pharmaceutical Company.
Purpose:
Omics data at our client, are currently being reorganised and deposited in the internal data lake. Scripting and curation tasks are required to prepare the data for ingest. Both fast processing and attention to detail are required, as well as the ability to work well in an international team.
Main Skills:
- Proficient in Unix bash programming
- Proficient in R programming
- good understanding of -omics (RNA-seq, WGS, Exome-seq, Target-seq) and associated file types
- we have ambitious timelines and need someone who can fully focus on this task
Duration: Asap - 16. December 2019 (evtl. option for extension)
