Main Responsibilities
- Support sales team
- Salesforce/pipeline support (deal registration, data quality/opportunity quality/tracking)
- Prepare weekly Sales report
- Prepare sales material (customer document/presentation)
- Support sales event/trips
- Support lead generation
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree or Business school (KV)
- First work experience in similar fields
- Strong organization and communication skills, feeling for numbers and reports and service oriented
- Excellent in MS Office skills (PowerPoint/Excel)
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
- High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization
- Fluent in German and in English (Speaking and writing) is a must, every other language is an advantage.
