Business Analyst - Legal & Compliance / HR / Corporate Functions / Procurement - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced BA to join a global financial service company. Role will involve working on various IT projects supporting corporate functions.Your experience/skills:
- Strong Business Analysis skills ideally with experience in IT project experience in Corporate Functions (Legal & Compliance / HR / Corporate Functions / Procurement)
- Excellent experience in creating functional requirements
- Knowledge in projects for Legal and Compliance as well as work experience abroad are desirable
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Collaborating with subject matter experts in defining functional requirements of the target solution
- Analysing and translating requirements into solutions for projects that support operations and into functional as well as technical specifications
- Working with stakeholders on collecting, structuring, documenting and priorities requirements as well as incorporating customer feedback, usability and user interface needs into crafting solutions
- Challenging problem statements and analysing needs along with participating in user acceptance testing and preparing documentation for sign-off
- Converting requirements into specifications, solution designs and design patterns in addition to validating solution designs against requirements
- Creating functional and business user documentation including use cases, business rule and test documents
