Description:
The customer has deployed the infrastructure for their MNS project in the US, with assistance from an IBM Business Partner. They now need to build the same infrastructure for Europe.
They require Tivoli specialist support for the following tasks:
- review/validate planned architecture for Europe
- on the job skills transfer to Europe project team
- assist in setting up/validate a failover scenario between the US and Europe infrastructure
- assist in setting up a "blackbox" (appliance) monitoring solution to be deployed locally to hotels
