For one of my biotech greenfield clients I am urgently looking for an automation expert, with the following tasks:
Responsible for proving site based support during the Commissioning, Qualification and Validation phase, (CQV), of the DeltaV DCS Execution Systems group, (BES). The role will be primarily focused on the commissioning and qualification of the DeltaV DCS system in a assigned area(s) but may be required to support the commissioning of the integrated Operations Management Systems (DCS, PLC, MES and Manufacturing Data systems).
Scope includes:
- Process area responsibility, for providing "hand-on" commissioning including troubleshooting and configuration of BES systems including DeltaV DCS software modules including Control Modules, Equipment Modules, Phases and Recipes.
- Identifiction and implementation of configuration changes as required to ensure the DeltaV system functions as intended, ensuring all changes are made in compliance with the applicable site change control procedures.
- Responsibility for ensuring the commissioning and validation for the BES scope in their assigned area, is completed in line with the overall project schedule.
- Progress reporting on CQV activities for BES, including identification and resolution of roadblocks and issues
