Junior Project Manager / PMO Support - Management - International - Pharmaceutical - English - Basel - SwitzerlandNextLink is having an existing position as a Junior Project Manager / PMO Support for global projects in Basel area, Switzerland.
You will focus will be on performing activities as Project Management Office (PMO) support.
General information:

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Managers and ensures that client standards are followed and requirements are met
- Align with IT Quality and other relevant groups to ensure PMM deliverables for the phases and gates are prepared
- Organize relevant documentation and proofreading of the documentation before signoff-meetings
- Collect and manage project status information, risks, issues and mitigations
- Consolidation and analysis of the data collected, comparing results with baseline and preparing status with the PM's to share with management
- Support in various business analysis activities, namely: analyze how the web-based @ component will replace another one, elaborate use cases to imitate the User Journey for News, Catalogue (Search), Content Management system, etc.
- Write test scripts and carry out the user acceptance tests
- Establish forms and templates to simplify communication, record keeping and reporting
- Support on Change Management and Adoption
- Support on general project activities coordination
Must Haves:
- +4 years of experience in similar roles (project management activities)
- Organized, capacity to work under tight milestones and sense of urgency in a very demanding project
- Project Management skills (ideally in IT projects)
- Ability to effectively collaborate in a team and align across numerous, key stakeholders inside and outside the project
- Worked already in an international environment
- Fluent English
