IT Support wanted for our Zurich based client.
Your experience/skills:
- Work experience in technical support, IT support, or similar roles coupled with hands on experience of Unix and Linux systems
- Good understanding and interest in computer systems, TVs, Android devices and other tech products
- Technical school graduate or proven technical experience or IT technician, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Languages: fluent English, both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Installing and configuring given technical hardware systems and applications, replacing parts if required
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks as well as helping engineering teams prioritise and manage many open issues at one time
- Following standard procedures for providing hand-off reports of open issues to the internal teams
- Communicating and documenting knowledge following given templates
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
