Training Coordinator wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience/skills:
- Profound communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and projects independently
- Capability to collaborate with diverse global teams and support different time zones duly
- Working experience in close collaboration with engineers and coordinating trainings is a major advantage
- Confidence to remain calm under pressure with the flexibility to adjust in case of unexpected changes
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Planning, coordinating and communicating training classes in numerous locations
- Scheduling classes and booking training rooms via calendar as well as connecting with facilitators to ensure that all classes are covered
- Acting as a point of contact for incoming mail requests and questions from students and facilitators
- Collaborating with program managers to integrate changes in scheduling or facilitator needs
- Maintaining and establish positive relationships with volunteer facilitators
- Preparing a quarterly newsletter showcasing opportunities to learn and the impact in EMEA
