Training Coordinator wanted for our Zurich based client.

Your experience/skills:
  • Profound communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and projects independently
  • Capability to collaborate with diverse global teams and support different time zones duly
  • Working experience in close collaboration with engineers and coordinating trainings is a major advantage
  • Confidence to remain calm under pressure with the flexibility to adjust in case of unexpected changes
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Planning, coordinating and communicating training classes in numerous locations
  • Scheduling classes and booking training rooms via calendar as well as connecting with facilitators to ensure that all classes are covered
  • Acting as a point of contact for incoming mail requests and questions from students and facilitators
  • Collaborating with program managers to integrate changes in scheduling or facilitator needs
  • Maintaining and establish positive relationships with volunteer facilitators
  • Preparing a quarterly newsletter showcasing opportunities to learn and the impact in EMEA
