Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Support the Corporate Head of Customer Systems and the Customer Portal Team to deliver and manage the project, according to the planning and budget approved by the Executive Board.
  • Control and improve project delivery in terms of time (progress), budget (costs) and quality by providing the required structure, project control and reports.
  • Option to grow into a more coordinative role with responsibility to plan, coordinate and actively support global rollout activities in line with agreed roadmap.
  • Collate and develop project status reports within the project organization and to other stakeholders (Regions, Countries).
  • Organize and prepare project & steering meetings, calls, webex within the project team and other corporate, regional and country stakeholders.
  • Prepare and communicate the Minutes of Meeting and ensure relevant actions and tasks are maintained in project management software (e.g. Jira) of the meetings responsible for acc. governance plan.
  • Develop and maintain standards related to project management methodologies and tools.
  • Monitor and review project performance, resource utilization, available capacities (business and IT) & lessons learned.
  • Monitor and review the business case including relevant impact on budget in case of changes to the project roadmap.
  • Responsible for all program documentation (MoM, create / deliver presentations and documents, manuals) in respective project management software (Sharepoint, Confluence, Jira, Workfront).
  • Record & follow up on actions defined during Project Team Meetings.

Voraussetzungen:
  • Expertise in project management and administration.
  • Experience in managing a PMO and Knowledge of project management and documentation software (e.g. Workfront, Confluence, Jira, Sharepoint).
  • Knowledge of forwarding and Supply Chain Management IT Systems is an asset.
  • Proven conceptual and organizational skills and willingness to travel.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word, PowerPoint® and others).
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint and Workfront.
  • Ability to work with different cultures and to manage cross and have high priority for teamwork.
  • Fluent in German and English and nice to have is to speak other languages.
