Description: support the IT Infrastructure Architect and other Experts on delivering IT infrastructure solutions. Will learn a lot (technology and management-wise)! High visibility due to contact with a multitude of stakeholders. Hands-on training on the job (peer), gradually taking over responsibility (~3 months)
Main Responsibilities: Delivery Process
- Project Management (charter, planning/controlling: scope, tasks, timeline, costs, stakeholder, ext services)
- Alignment of a multitude of stakeholders (internal customers, external suppliers, outsourcing partner)
- PRQ management (requirements clarification, WBS clarification, offer, budget/timeline controlling, closing)
- WRQ management (creation, quote challenge/validation, tracking/controlling, WBS follow up(no WBS no work), requesting Feedback from Internal and external stakeholders, closing delivered WRQs ontime)
- PO/order management (creation, tracking/controlling, closing), interaction with OP Data
- Remedy ticketing management (requirements, creation, clarification, tracking, chasing) -> Easy tickets(ordering CR (Service configuration)
- Quality control (E2E check if everything delivered, deployed, checked with initial requirements)
- Help driving continuous improvement (Process+documents+ templates)
- Task organization/dispatching (supporting via Task List or similar)
