Contract ETRM Business Support Analyst | Oil Trading | Zug, Switzerland
Oil trading Major requires Contract ETRM Business Support Analyst to work on a range of ETRM Systems.
Candidates must be available within 4 weeks.
The Role:
- 1st and 2nd level business applications support for ETRM systems.
- Troubleshooting business applications including interfaces and server functionality.
- Resolution and response management of day-to-day end user issues.
- Interfacing between users and development team.
- Liaising with Front Office to define and execute enhancements
- Develop/design specifications and test all related ETRM solutions
Your Background:
- 5 years+ in the field of supporting ETRM systems in any Commodity Trading field.
- 5 years+ working with ETRM Systems Openlink, Aspect, Allegro, Triplepoint CXL), Solarc, Symphony
- General business understanding with P&L, Market to Market, Derivative Trading
- SQL/Programming skills would be beneficial
