You will work closely with business users and database engineers to deliver effective Tableau dashboards. Responsibilities:
• Work with the business users to identify and interpret reporting requirements, and translate them into engaging and functional Tableau dashboards
• Assist in evaluating and prioritizing the delivery of new functionality and change requests for existing dashboards and reports
• Build strong working relationships by collaborating across multiple teams and business units to achieve desired data visualization and reporting solutions
• Collaborate with the data engineering team, identify and propose changes to the data source required to satisfy Tableau reporting requests
• Develop innovative data visualizations and assist in shaping and improving customers data visualization standards
Key Skills:
• In depth knowledge of Tableau
• Working knowledge of data visualization best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills (oral and written)
• Optional: Knowledge of banking concepts and previous experience in banking/finance industry preferred
• Experience working with Tableau on top of a multidimensional data source would be an asset
Experience & Education:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Tableau development as a primary job responsibility
