Role/Responsibilities:
Workstation management during final operations, technical clarification, Service level implementation according to client guidelines.
Need to do process overview and technical service management.
Candidate must be ready to talk to different users and managers at different levels.
Flexible to reach & resilient
Required Skills:
-Experience in IT Project Management
-Completed IT training
-Familiar with ITIL processes
-Cooperation in customer-oriented and Technical development projects
-High Social competence and diligence
Language skills:
-Very good knowledge of German & English
-Understanding of Swiss German
