Responsibilities
- Data center design and operation services
- Specification and implementation of data centers
- Generation of high level recommendations with sufficient detail for implementation
- Act as Project Manager as assigned on engineering design efforts
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions on the final design package
- Development of standard and custom design services with Engineering team
- Perform technical and engineering analysis on data center facility systems, efficiencies, reliability and performance
Requirements
- Several years of working experience as Data Center Engineer
- Strong knowledge of data center facility systems and the interrelationship between them to achieve high reliability and availability
- Good knowledge in the VMware / Virtualization; Netapp Storage and Linux (RH, Oracle)
- Experience in leading executions of assigned engineering and system management projects and activities
- Fluent in German
