Beschreibung

For our client in Zürich, we are seeking for a Network and System Engineer

Tasks:

Day-to-day support for the computing architecture and network solutions deployed
Analyse, manage and ensure all platform related incidents, and changes are dealt with in a professional manner following ITIL processes
Support in the creation of functional specification and drive to success computing architecture and network services development and improvement projects
Track project progress, engage with resources and vendors to guarantee timeline and deliverables, report progress to project managers
Document computing architecture, network services and standards, communicate to key stakeholders
Managing computing and network service transition from the specification up to the final configuration and acceptance tests
Third level support orchestration, major incidents and problems management by supporting Service Operation Manager/Leader
Deliver actionable and effective root cause analysis on critical network incidents in collaboration with vendors and service providers
Review on a weekly and monthly basic the services performance and capacity by using the service providers monitoring dashboard and tools
Maintain service knowledge base and publish monthly reports.
Drive and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
3 to 5 years' experience in Networking and Systems infrastructure design concepts and configuration
Networking and Security
Knowledge and experience with Cisco/Meraki products,
Knowledge and experience McAfee EPO and McAfee products
Cisco CCNA preferred
Compute:
Active directory configuration and design knowledge
Exchange administration knowledge
SCCM configuration and design knowledge
PowerShell Scripting Master Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Performance Management: network services level management, availability management, process performance, continuous improvement
Project Management; ITIL terminology and concepts in practice (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management);
Very strong end-user and customer oriented mindset
Professional and positive attitude, including excellent listening and communication skills
Dyamic, positive attitude, self-motivated, able to developp quick wins, short term solutions as well as medium to long-term plans
Work autonomously and manage projects from concept to completion
Skills and ability to manage suppliers and contractors
