Requirement Engineer/Manager : - HP-ALM / Cloud/laboratories/ CPRE/IREBRole Purpose: Our client is looking for a Requirements Manager/Engineer where our client Inventory Solutions is a cloud-based solution that our customers use to manage the material and consumable inventory in their laboratories.
Job Responsibilties & Requirements:
-Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Requirement Engineer/Manager.
-Should have very good experience working with HP-ALM.
-Responsible to support actively good spirit and collaboration within the team and the entire organization.
- Based on the product requirements, define and document the software requirements of the software project .
- Structure the software requirements into levels of different granularity down to the granularity that allows the software requirements to be implemented by software development .
- Should be able to represent requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios, where appropriate.
-Ensure that the software requirements are clear, complete, distinct and without contradictions
-Ensure the vertical traceability from the product requirements down to the most detailed level of software requirements.
-Should be responsible to document the software requirements according to requirement management guidelines
-Manage changes to software requirements according to change management guidelines
-Should be able to resolve any requirement issue found by changing existing or adding new requirements .
-Responsible to support the software project processes on any questions about software requirements .
-Cooperate with project requirement management and all stakeholders within the software project
-Should be responsible to support the Risks Management regarding criticality rating of requirements.
-Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements
-Input for improvement areas for the requirements management process.
-Should have strong analytical and methodical working style person and should be a good team-player .
-Should be able to take responsibility for a team or technical concept.
-Willingness to bring projects to a successful end.
-Should be open minded and communicative.
-Should be able to work independently, focused and highly motivated.
Nice to Have:
-Experience working with IVD or Medical Device environment.
-Good experience working with Cloud based solutions
Education:
-Bachelor / Master (BSc/MSc) in Engineering, Biotechnology or equivalent .
-Certification in CPRE/IREB and/or CCBA/IIBA (foundation level / capability level).
Languages:
-Fluent in English (Writtern & Oral).
-Fluent in German (Nice to Have)
