Senior Documentation Specialist (DMS)Our customer located in Bern is looking for an experienced DMS / Senior Documentation specialist. As a DMS/ Documentation Specialist Senior, you will support the customer's documentation management system accordingly to the Company's Quality Manual and the upcoming migration of the eDMS.
Duties
- Support the documentation management system and the continuous development of the same
- Support activities to ensure the Documentation Management gets back to status "green"
- Support successful eDMS migration
- Support Process owner of DOCM in process manners
- Support documentation lifecycle
- Challenge the DOCM process and improve it under the aspect of "Lean" also by collecting costumers need.
Requirements
- Some flexibility in working hours is required
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
- Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.
- Fluent in English and German spoken and written
