Projekt:
For our client a well-known pharmaceutical company in Central Switzerland we are looking for a Project Manager (Global SIS PPM Tool Administrator).

Main Tasks:
This position as a Global PPM Tool Administrator within Solution Integration & Services Workflow and IT (SIS WF&IT) Project Management entails the following key responsibilities:
* Active member of the SIS Tool Support Team, which is responsible for:
- Maintenance of planning, reporting, resource and time management tools
- 1st level support for all SIS end users (Project Leaders / Managers, Resource Manager, Senior Management)
- Ensuring consolidated planning input and support of regular divisional project budget planning
- Training and ensuring usage of PPM processes & tools for all relevant SIS organizations
- Administration of the Divisional Project, Resource and Portfolio Management Tool (PRIME) and Time Recording Tool (WebTimeSheet)
- Investigate issues, analyze potential effects on tool and process landscape
- Coordinate development, testing and implementation of PPM applications and enhancements
* Active member of the SIS Reporting Team, which is responsible for project and resource related reportings for the whole organization
- Providing fact-based project and resource data and cost/capacity reports
- Driving project and resource related data consistency / quality checks
- Manage SIS Resource Structure and maintain SIS Resource Pool
- Manage user authorization / access rights

Skills / Requirements:
* 3+ years work experience
* Experience as Project Manager and / or member of a Project Management Support Organisation
* Excellent understanding of financing & controlling processes in a global framework
Soft Skills:
* Very good communication skills, is able to communicate on all levels of the organization
* Training skills
* Good process understanding, planning- and organization skills
* Willingness and ability to work independently in cross-functional teams (incl. required travel in Europe)
IT Skills:
* Advanced level in all MS applications and experience with Planisware preferable
* Experience with requirements management and software testing

Education:
-Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related area
-Project Management education / certification preferable
Language:
English - Advanced
German- Advanced
