Business Analyst - HR wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Background in configuration of Workday HCM with familiarity in Business Processes, Security and Absence
- Competency in Workday Reporting and Integrations as well as SAP ABAP, SAP Payroll Support and troubleshooting
- Working experience in analysing and designing HR processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
- Know-how of analysing, designing and programming software along with a strong client and quality orientation
- Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing professional HR Services with high service orientation
- Being in charge for the Workday HCM application
- Managing the integration between Workday and SAP
- Acting as SAP specialist for all HR related topics
- Being responsible for the troubleshooting process
