Business Analyst - HR wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Background in configuration of Workday HCM with familiarity in Business Processes, Security and Absence
  • Competency in Workday Reporting and Integrations as well as SAP ABAP, SAP Payroll Support and troubleshooting
  • Working experience in analysing and designing HR processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
  • Know-how of analysing, designing and programming software along with a strong client and quality orientation
  • Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Providing professional HR Services with high service orientation
  • Being in charge for the Workday HCM application
  • Managing the integration between Workday and SAP
  • Acting as SAP specialist for all HR related topics
  • Being responsible for the troubleshooting process
