Develop & manage a consolidated detailed go-live plan (“runbook”) reflecting all necessary steps ensure the P2P platform Ivalua with Procurement & Invoicing Module and related Interfaces (SAP, Maximo, up to 5 punchout catalogues from external vendors) are fully ready in production environmentSupport the coordination & execution of the UAT for testing of change requests (Approx. 1 week UAT)
Close monitoring of the execution of the different steps from the go-live runbook performed by different parties (external system provider, internal teams) – by setting up stage gates, checkpoints, coordinating hand-overs between different parties, etc.
Organizing and coordinating checkpoint calls to review the progress of the go-live runbook, clarify open issues, prepare decision proposal etc.
Support the issue tracking & resolution process with the relevant parties and stakeholders involved
Anforderungen:
Strong experience in project management of similar engagements
Knowledge of a P2P system implementation, preferred of Ivalua
Strong driver and capability to engage with stakeholder to ensure progress in the execution of the plan
Clear communication capabilities
Knowledge of SAP – not mandatory
