As a Project Manager you will manage comprehensive project information to support project decision making and project reporting of the RMD Calculations team, for projects with broad and large complexity and scope. You apply advanced project management and leadership skills and experience in delivering medium scale, strategic projects on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction.

In this role you will be responsible for a wide range of duties as outlined below, with a strong emphasis on organization and proactive coordination of Software Development activities and projects.

Key responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):
  • Oversees integrated resource and budget planning
  • Serves as single point of control for project data (collect from functions/finance; owns version management and release of changes)
  • Compiles and communicates project reports
  • Providing support on development, editing and formatting of project documents, materials and/or executive presentations, gathering information or conducting analysis to support the project team.
  • Keep track of project progress.
  • Manages meetings to include setting agendas, organizing meeting time and editing meeting minutes.
  • Administrating project risks and leading the risk assessment meetings
  • Miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned.

To be successful in this role we require:
  • A commercial diploma (e.g. 3 year Swiss Federal diploma) or equivalent degree
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in an supporting management and in project management role
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office (incl. MS SharePoint) and a quick understanding of new applications
  • Fluency in English
  • Must be competent in project planning techniques and methodologies
