Main tasks:
- Provide general office management and administrative support for the office
- Manage and coordinate meetings and events
- Coordinate facility management services
- Purchase office supply and equipment and maintain office supplies inventory
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
Main qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality or administration
- Profound experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English and French, other language an asset
- Excellent command of MS Office Suite
- Pro active and solution oriented
