We are working strategically with one of our core clients who is looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable SAP Project Manager/Team Lead ?.

General information:
  • Start date: ASAP
  • End date:
  • Extension: Extension is planned, but needs to be approved.
  • Work load: 100%
  • Work location: Switzerland (REMOTE)
  • Travel: Up to 30% possible
  • Deadline to submit CV's: 1PM on 22nd March 2019
  • At least 10+ years of experience in SAP
  • At least 10+ years of experience in SD, MM, PP, PM, SM, IM, WM and MRP Workflows, Master Data Configuration, HANA experience preferred
  • Experience as a team lead.
  • Experience working in a customized SAP environment is required
  • Experience working with integrations Web services, BAPIs, SAP PI and other interface technologies
  • SAP Certification(s) preferred
  • ITIL experience, preferred


The SAP Business Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for:
  • Participating and collaborating with business stakeholders; gathering and understanding their requirements, lead implementation (design, configuration, testing), training and supporting the change
  • Providing functional and business process expertise on a project team.
  • Participation in design activities and gap analysis
  • Configuration of, but not exclusive to, the SAP Material Master, Production Planning, Material Resource Planning, BOM, WM, Classification and Workflow
  • The assessment, analysis and solutioning of client business problems
  • Leading analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop right client solution
  • Participating in gathering requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations
  • Collaborating with the key business stakeholders on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current processes, including advising on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits and impacts
  • Ensuring all systems are aligned with the IT long term strategy; identifying, recommending and implementing complex configuration solutions and implementing full cycle configuration to meet business needs, while creating and updating associated documentation
  • Setting testing strategy for modules and leading end to end integration testing
  • Communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors, and executives
