IT Business Analyst - Workday
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced IT Business Analyst with Workday to join one of our clients, a well-known Investment Bank. For this 9-month assignment in Zurich, we are in search of a candidate who is available immediately/at short notice.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the on-going implementation of a new HR business solution which implemented Workday in 2017
- Assisting with the delivery of the next phase of the Workday implementation process which will deliver further functionalities, enhancements and clean-up.
- Responsibility for the Workday HCM application
- Responsibility for the integration between Workday and SAP
- SAP specialist for all HR related topics
- Working as a troubleshooter for all queries
Your profile:
- You will have strong skills in
- Configuration of Workday HCM (being familiar with Business Processes, Security, Absence)
- Workday Reporting
- Workday Integrations
- SAP ABAP
- SAP Payroll Support/troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in analysing and designing HR processes
- Good skills in analysing, designing and programming of software
- Thorough coordination and organization skills
- Independent and accurate working style
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
