Financial Reporting Specialist / Accountant - Hyperion (6158)

The candidate will be covering key tasks in Group Management Reporting during month end closing processes such as reporting Flash1/Flash 2 and final numbers for corporate center, reconciliations of legal to Management Information accounts, supervisory and monitoring of the corporate center close and commentaries for the management review meeting.

Your Qualifications:

• 4+ years working experience as Accountant, ideally in the financial industry
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Well versed in MS Office especially Excel – Pivot tables, V Look-Ups, Macros nice to have
• Convincing personality with distinct high-quality attitude
• Finance qualification such as CMA, CIMA, Chartered Accountancy or equivalent is a plus
• Essbase skills would be advantageous
• Fluent in English, German would be a plus

Your Responsibilities:

• Co-responsible for externally disclosed Corporate Centre numbers (PeopleSoft ledger)
• Responsible to monitor and process monthly consolidation and MIS adjustments
• Flash 1 / Flash 2 and Final reporting and loading into SREP
• Final reconciliation report from Peoplesoft to present Corporate Centre
• Improve transparency in the ledger to reconcile Corporate Centre from Flash 2 to Final
• Work on ad hoc requests related to Corporate Center close
• Support preparation of information package for Group reporting team (Corporate center details and Corporate Centre reconciliation)
• Ensure Legal to Management Information accounts are fully reconciled on monthly basis for Corporate center income statement
• Keep Corporate Center Parent in the loop on any late changes
• Load Corporate Centre Segment data into SREP and process reorganizations when needed.
