HR Connect is about the implementation of a new HR business solution powered by the cloud-based technology of Workday, which went live in September 2017 and is about to deliver phase of the implementation with further functionalities, enhancements and clean-up.Start Date: 01.04.2019

Tasks:
- Providing professional HR Services with high customer service orientation.
- Being responsible for the Workday HCM application.
- Being responsible for the integration between Workday and SAP.
- Being SAP specialist for all HR related topics.
- Being a troubleshooter.
Requirements:
- Good skills in configuration of Workday HCM (being familiar with Business Processes, Security, Absence), Workday Reporting, Workday Integrations, SAP ABAP and SAP Payroll Support / troubleshooting.
- Profound knowledge and practical experience in analyzing and designing HR processes.
- Good skills in analyzing, designing and programming of software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project).
- Fluent in German and English (oral and written).
