For a project at our client‘s site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedRecruitment Specialist - Inhouse 80-100% (6155)
Your Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in a global environment
• Initiative and flexible personality with consulting and strong interpersonal skills as well as a dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude
• Independent and well-structured working practice and able to manage multiple priorities and to cope with pressure in hectic times
• Professional communications skills at different levels and cultures as well as able to build relationships
• Strong communication skills in English, German is an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
• Will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and develop solutions in demanding recruitment-specific topics
• Recruit senior profiles and advise Hiring Manager in all recruitment related aspects
• Will process applications and interact with candidates actively as well as collaborate with internal key stakeholders
• Development of sector-specific profiles in cooperation with the personnel managers and the sourcing team
• Ensure strict adherence to policies in all activities and data integrity in order to strive for operational excellence and to avoid operational risks
• Participate local and global recruiting projects and analyze recruitment reports as requested
