PMO with profound ERP knowledge wanted for our Lausanne based client in the food industry.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years' working experience in IT Project Management with one major project, preferably ERP project
- Confidence in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint in particular along with Project Management tools, such as Planisware
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (GxP)
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of modern ERP systems
- University degree in a relevant area, for example Project Management, IT or SAP
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Contributing to build the initial detailed plan of each stream of the program along with ensuring that project planning and milestones are known by all project teams members
- Monitoring all program planned activities daily as well as reporting delays and deviation regarding the program plan as well as reviewing action plans and task completion
- Defining and implementing accurate key performance indicators, dashboards and reports, in order to enable project managers and steering committee to make the right decisions based on the right figures
- Observing program risks, including identifying new risks regarding the achievements of program objectives as well as ensuring relevant communication to the whole program team
- Training and coaching users of PM Tools and methodologies
