Project Description:
IBM Novartis Account is collaborating with Novartis with the stated Vision to provide stable and consisten availability and infrastructure performance for business critical applications.The objective of OSP is to provide demonstrable and measureable improvement by aquiring a sound understanding of the infrastructure components and the deployment of tools and processes to enable increased service.
Task Description:
- Define data and check points for data gathering and health-check purposes
- Manage data gathering for infrastructure performance
- Manage data gathering for operation process assessment in the area of incident, change & problem management
- Manage data gathering about service delivery performance
- Manage infrastructure architecture design
- Analyzing of critical service failure points associated to the business critical applications
- Determine business critical application reports
- Determine requirements by Novartis critical application owners, which affect data gathering, health-check and architectural purposes
- Transfer knowledge generated by the application infrastructure assessment into the IBM Account & Service Management Organization
- Team lead for permanent and temporary project member (GDCA)
- Interface to Novartis OSP Team
- Define and track major deliverable and activity planning framework for this dedicate data gathering work stream
Skills:
- Longstanding experience in dealing Client Face accounts
- Longstanding experience in ITIL Process verification
- Deep knowledge and experience about config items, which affects Pharma SoX and GxP relevant infrastructure
- Deep experience in complex Application assessments
- Capability to qualify gathered data about correctness
- Ability and experience in managing multinational team (also Remote)
- English fluent mandatory
