Project Description:
Global technical architecture governance for Transition and Transformation, New Projects and BAU/SIP projects

Task Description:
Contribute in deep to analyse requirements for CMDB deployment (Client, IBM internal, technology and GSAR driven) and setup related data model design (including asset and CMDB view) and in general to the technical design management of all deployed standard tools (such as TUAM, TADDM, gSMRT, SSC/NewScale, Remedy, ServiceNow, Bocada)

Skills:
- Indeep knowledge of ITIL processes such as incident, problem, change, asset and configuration management
- Overall knowledge of standard service and systems management tools such as TUAM, TADDM, gSMRT, SSC/NewScale, Remedy, ServiceNow, Tivoli Monitoring 5 and 6, IBM Director, TSCM, SRM, Bocada
- Experience on implementation of ITIL CMDB solutions end-to-end (asset/CI data model, interface definition)
- Experience on implementation of incident, problem, operational request and change management tools and process flows (IPOC)
- Ability to translate contract RUs into CMDB service CI
- Key person supporting the client on CMDB and asset issues
- 3-4 years experience on a global SO account as Service Delivery Architect
- Proven team leadership and strong communication skills
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of Remedy today used for incident, problem, change and asset management is a plus
- Experience with US Food and Drug Administration regulated accounts (FDA) is welcome
