Project Description:
Operational Stability Programm (OSP), Application Focal Point (AFP)

Task Description:
• Project Management and Teamlead Data Gathering and Assessment Process for NVS Top150 critical and Global Application.
• Analyze critical infrastructure component and service failure points to recommended remedial actions
• Review results and remedial Actions with NVS GIS and Business Organization.
• Track implementation of remedial Actions IBM and NVS internally.
• Define and determine reporting for performance and architecture benchmarking.
• Transferring knowledge for Service improvement purposes.
• Define and track major deliverable and activity planning framework (PDR and Project Plan).
• Single Point of contact for all critical apps related coordination and resolution required by NVS GIS.

Skills:
• Long-standing experience in dealing Client Face accounts
• Deep experience in complex Application and Infrastructure architecture assessments
• Deep and long-standing experience in ITIL Process verification and implementation
• Deep knowledge and experience about Compliance and SoX relevant requirements for Pharma Industry
• Capability to identify risks and associated impacts on continously Production environment within Pharma environment
• Long-standing Technical skills for Application and IT Infrastructure design required.
• English fluent mandatory

100%, 5 days per week
