Recruiting Specialist - Life science/consultant/ laws/English/German/workdayProject / Role:
For one of our clients we are looking for a Recruiting Specialist. The role is a contract position for 6 months (with strong possibility of extension) close to Lucerne, Switzerland.
Main Tasks:
As a Recruiter for a big pharmaceutical company, you provide the client organization with the right talents, act as a consultant and you contribute to the overall success of the Recruitment.
Your main tasks include but are not limited to:
* Search, select and hire new employees to meet current and future business needs
* Manage and coordinate the recruitment process incl. budget and timelines, reporting, level of service, candidate experience according to minimum standards and agreed KPI
* Handle candidate workflow in compliance with our e-recruitment system
* Be knowledgeable in using a variety of sourcing and selection tools and identify preferred recruitment strategies together with the hiring manager
* Build credibility and trust as an internal consultant on recruitment topics, coach line management on best practices in recruitment, selection and assessment and partner up with stakeholders within HR
* Demonstrate compliance with local employment laws/regulations as well as the company's hiring policy
Skills / Requirements:
A successful track record in recruitment in a global environment, desirable in the life sciences industry or executive search company (3 years +)
Soft Skills
* Passion for setting up relationships and networking in the local and international market; excellent communication skills in both English and German
* Strong self-starter with good team skills and a pronounced service orientation
* Ability to handle high workload and good self-manager
IT Skills
* Experience with recruitment processes and tools, Workday knowledge

University degree or a higher degree
