Duration: 3 MM++
Main tasks:
- Coordinate pre-kick-off and kick-off meetings
- Manage all work efforts and financials
- Provide regular communications to the project team
- Manage and update the project plan
- Maintain project scope and define change order requirements recommend corresponding, if applicable, professional services fees
- Collect project sign off documentation and store in project repository (SharePoint)
- Provide training on methodology and guidance on implementation best practices
- Provide project milestone signoff document with purpose and dependencies
- Coordinate and follow-up on functional and technical questions
- Coordinate with Software Vendor and implementation partner
- Create weekly status report
Main qualifications
- University degree in Business, IT or equivalent experience
- English skills on a native speaker's level
- Proactive, able to work efficiently independently and good analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated multi tasking ability, effective time management, detailed documentation and organizational skills
- Profound experience managing large scale projects or programs as a PMO
- Project Management certificate is an advantage
- Prior experience and knowledge of the HR operations is a strong advantage
