Project and Change manager - Management - Pharmaceutical - English - Basel - SwitzerlandNextLink is having an existing position as a Project and Change manager for global projects in Basel area, Switzerland.
General information: - Start date: 01.04.2019 - Latest start date: 01.05.2019 - End date: 30.09.2019 - Extension: Possible, depends on project needs (not confirmed yet). - Work load: 70 to 80% - Work location: Basel area
Tasks & Responsibilities: - Project Management and coordination (small to medium IT projects) - Change Management and Adoption - General project activities coordination - Project Management Methodology (including documentation) and agile delivery methods - Business analysis and requirements collection - Liaison between business and IT people. Agile squad and cross functional working approach - Stakeholders Management - Project plan update - Issue and risk management - Business case and value management follow up Must Haves: - Minimum 3 to 5 years of project management experience with similar tasks (the more the better) - Demonstrated ability to liaise between business and IT teams with focus on agile approach where no distinctions of roles or areas are emphasized (e.g. squad and cross functional approach) - Developed expertise in communication. Ability to convey content in spoken, written and visual ways (presentations and digital) - Former pharma experience in IT projects highly preferred
- Fluent English is a must - Excellent understanding of complex landscapes and relationships (business, systems, policies, etc.) - Excellent ability to communicate with different stakeholders, not only what is being done and how, but also why - PMP, PMI (or equivalent) Certification Nice to Haves: ++ Change Management Certification + Agile/Scrum + German
