Our client is looking for:
An experienced Requirements Engineer with a BSc in one of these fields: Mechanical Engineering, Electronical Engineering, Biotech Engineering, Software Engineering.

Role:
* Requirements Engineering (elicitation, analysis, elaboration, validation)
* Requirements Management (documentation, tracing)
* Management of feature models / feature trees
* Elaboration of all requirement levels (customer - product - technical)
* Ensures transfer of product requirements into technical and software requirements in cooperation with receiving department (instrument, reagent, software development)
* Takes leadership to drive cross functional team alignment and supports team decisions in requirements engineering process
* Contributes to assessment of changes and its impact on technical and software requirements
* Requirements management in line with system decomposition
* Change management and documentation of requirements
* Supports product risk assessment

Requirements:
* BSc/MSc level in Systems Engineering, Mechanical, Electronical, Software Engineering or equivalent
* Knowledge of requirements engineering approaches and tools (Application Lifecycle Management Tools)
* Certification in CPRE/IREB and/or CCBA/IIBA (capability level)
* At least 5 years of working experience in multiple projects over the whole development process
* Background in regulated environment, their functions and dependencies ideally in IVD development
* Knowledge of requirements engineering approaches and tools (Application Lifecycle Management Tools)
* Experience with medical devices, fluid mechanics, optics or sensors is a big plus
* Analytical thinking, ability to see the big picture as well as the details (i.a. separation of requirements, break down structures)
* Experience in moderating peers and stakeholders (group of 5 - 10 participants)
* Good communication skills, patience and tenacity
* Fluent in English, German is a plus
* Ability to identify appropriate and pragmatic approach
* Ability to work well in a multidiscipline team
* Ability to work in autonomous way
