Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • * Group BCM agreed on owning & driving the implementation of a central BCM tool with support of Group IT (FGL). Working group will be established to determine the direction, evaluate solutions and make a proposal for a project & implementation plan for 2020. Act as main driver (business analyst) for the creation of this proposal.
  • * Present results & plan, back to the BCM community in summer 2019
  • * Align rollout concept from the Mass Notification project with BCM project
  • * Defining solution scope and requirements for a global but phased BCM implementation.
  • * Business processes are well understood
  • * Business requirements are analyzed speaking "Business Language" and user experience
  • * Business cases are created in time at high quality
  • * Vendor and product selection processes are sustainably supported or managed
  • * Requirement specifications are created in time at high quality
  • * Opportunities, issues, dependencies and risks in case solutions get installed in Group Functions Informatics are well understood and communicated
  • * Architectural design is understood


Must Haves:
  • +5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a global environment
  • Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Analytical and conceptual mind set and solution finding approach
  • Strong Business and IT solution/component knowledge
  • Deep vertical understanding of IT value model and its offered solutions/components on different abstraction layers (process, architecture, organization, technical, development)
  • Team collaboration spirit, but also strong ability to work as a single driver and contributor
  • Structured and outcome-oriented
  • Great communication skills (excellent English language skills)
  • Great customer focus skills and attention to details (proactive, communicative and a "thinker")


Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with DR (Disaster Recovery) processes and BCM (business continuity management) would be an asset.
  • Experience in multi-site deployment project
  • Knowledge of Pharma/Dia and peer industry best practices
