If yes, this is the right opportunity for you!NextLink Solutions, a Swiss IT Consultancy Company that has been providing both IT services and Staff augmentation solutions Fortune 100 customers for the past 20 years, has an excellent opportunity that can take your career to the next levelWe are working strategically with one of our core clients who is looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable as Organizational Change ManagerGeneral information: - Start date: 18.03.2019 - Latest start date: 25.03.2019 - End date: 30.11.2019 - Work location: Basel- Workload: 50% - Preferred working days: to be defined, depends on regular project team meetings. - Travelling: Travel required (primarily Pleasanton, Rotkreuz, Indianapolis, but could be other impacted sites as well), up to 20-25%. Tasks & Responsibilities: - Close collaboration with the business SME`s to define, implement and lead the OCM strategy/plan for the overall project - Detailed change impact and benefits analysis and creation of related communication & engagement material for the impacted users - Consultation on the analysis and definition of training needs to enhance training material - Definition and implementation of adoption as well as OCM effectiveness measurements together with the business - Stakeholder assessments and definition of appropriate actions related to the assessment - Definition and implementation of approach to sustain the change after go live - Continue on change approach based on release 1 communication & engagement elements and enhance as required Must Haves: - +5 years of experience in OCM (requirements below included) - Experience in Stakeholder & Relationship Management - Experience in structured Project Management / Project Coordination - Experience in leading others and managing teams in global environments - Understanding of training strategies and able to consult them - Strong communication skills - Collaborative and team player mindset - Strong influencing skills and emphatic personality - Fluent English Nice to Haves: OCM experience in Pharma industry Prosci Change Practitioner Certification Affinity for graphic design is a plus Coaching experience as a plus
