For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedIT Project Manager – EMEA Regulatory IT (6093)
In this role, you will be responsible for managing EMEA wide regulatory Programs.
Your qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience as IT Project Manager in multiple banking businesses or IT areas within cross-functional matrix environments
• Experience in defining statements of work and supplier specifications, RFPs and requirements documentation
• Prior experience coordinating IT delivery in EMEA locations or other globally dispersed teams would be an advantage
• Strong skills in leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources
• Good user skills in Confluence, JIRA, ALM Octane, Excel, PowerPoint, and common project management tools
• Fluent in English
Your responsibilities:
• Manage EMEA wide regulatory Program(s) in strict collaboration and coordination with the IT EMEA Branches
• Coordinate local delivery projects in the context of the Program, coordinate distributed IT delivery teams across EMEA and Switzerland
• Manage senior IT and business stakeholders centrally and in the EMEA locations
• Monitor and report on projects and programs progress, metrics, test and deployment management activities, providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
• Develop and define statements of work and supplier specifications, RFPs, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, management team and key stakeholders
• Define success criteria, monitor, track and control outcomes throughout the project and program lifecycle
• Assist in dispute, negotiations, arbitration and quality issue resolution, as needed
