For our client, a major Swiss Bank, we are looking for an Enterprise Architect for a 12 months contract (internalisation intention) in Zurich, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:
- In close collaboration with other experts in the areas of engineering, product management and service delivery, you author the vision, reference architectures and best practices which describe your domain, ensure they are widely agreed and communicated within the organization, and facilitate alignment to them through your function as design reviewer and counselor to service architects.
- You are playing a fundamental role in shaping the IT Systems landscape of Credit-Suisse, authoring the reference architectures around all aspects of service management, including the toolset supporting the service management processes, the interfaces with a rich ecosystem of services and technical capabilities, and the connection to the customer (through GUIs and CI/CD toolchains).
- You are faced with a broad variety of meaningful and challenging design problems that arise from the complexity and scale of the technical landscape, the dimension of the organization, the stringent security, compliance and performance requirements characterizing the branch, and the innovation pace of GCTO's offering to its customers.
- As part of a central function providing coherence to a decentralized service landscape, you sit in a privileged observation point, with the opportunity to gather and share knowledge and be the key facilitator to solve multi-stakeholder problems.
Qualifications:
- Enterprise Architect specialized in IT Service Management including ServiceNow
- 5 to 10 years related work experience
- ITIL Practitioner certified, ITIL Intermediate certification is a plus
- Solid process and data modelling experience (tools and methods) with a good understanding of CMDB design
- Good understanding of the state of the art in technology and operational practices in the area, standards and industry best practices (eg SOA, virtual data center, hyper-converged infrastructure, containerization, public cloud and infrastructure-as-code)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, who is passionate about solving large-scale problems in cooperation with similarly minded peers
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and task oriented, as well as ability to be a great teammate; working seamlessly with colleagues around the world
- Excellent relationship and social skills
- An ability to multi-task, handling ongoing tasks as well as ad-hoc issues that demand immediate attention
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of seniority as well as excellent presentation skills in English
- Experience in a large organization and with a focus on infrastructure
- You own at least a M.Sc. in computer science or other comparable discipline
