5950 - Product Owner (Try & Hire)
Job Description
- Product backlog
- Aligning product strategy
- Preparing tasks for deployment team and ensuring that backlog items are comprehensive for all parties
- Deploying software
- Working closely with release management, production support, business consulting and all business partners
- Ensuring that requirements set by stakeholders are fully met
- Understanding and following all development processes as well as supervising development team
- Agile leadership resulting in successful goal achievements and excellence
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge in the areas Regulatory and Tax and/or Securities Operations
- Profound knowledge in: SCRUM, Agile processes and principles, database(SQL, ERD), Middleware (Java, Web, UI)
- Good understanding of UML
- University degree in computer science, engineering or similar relevant field
- 2+ years relevant work experience as a Product Owner or similar function
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- A personality with reflective communication skills, empathy and persuasion
- Fluency in English is a must
