Application Manager - Linux Environment (60% - 100%) (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Generate and process the Anti Money Laundering alerts within the Client & Partner Applications
- Consult in the setup and fine-tuning of the solution, performing daily application management tasks (e.g. incident analysis/ resolution)
- Provide input for application lifecycle planning, definition and management of SLAs/ OLAs
- Planning/ implementation of application changes
- Manage overall incidents, requests and defects for the AML solution
- Support the initial rollout of the solution, does trouble-shooting, infrastructure management and help setting up the configuration and parametrization processes
Main qualifications
- Experience in application management (lifecycle, maintenance, operation) and enforcing mature and stable application operation in an environment, where agile projects still extend the application under high pressure
- Strong in communication and coordination on a global level with stakeholders in all three IT Hubs (CH, LUX, SG) and ensuring the global re-usability of the tool
- Strong in managing of incidents and in tracking of KPIs, benchmarks (in doing as role-model, delegation and promoting internally)
- Highly structured, able to address options and underlying evaluation
- Capability to analyse complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors
- Proven expert knowledge and professional experience in Java and JBOSS
- Preferably with experience in AML or strong interest to learn it
- Understand software development/ customization processes
- Fluent English, good German skills
