Main tasks:
- Organise and lead the entire office relocation as a Project Manager
- Design or re-design the relevant office policies in collaboration with Human Resource stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage the purchasing of furniture, office supplies, identify cost savings
- Set up the future facility management plans for the new office location in collaboration with existing office management team
Main qualifications
- Proven experience as Facility/Office Manager or Project Manager in an international environment
- Proven project management skills in office move/relocation projects
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
