- 3+ years' experience with Service Desk Consultancy
- Solution oriented and analytical way of working
- Knowledge in system configuration regarding customer infrastructure
- Languages: fluent French and English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Dealing with commercial service requests for national and international clients
- Allocating service requests to relevant contact person
- Transmitting status information about incidents to the customer
- Solving issues and coordinating system configurations
